N.F. Orange Economy Advisory presents

The Blueprint, built.
Welcome to the Village.

The Orange Economy Village is where Jamaica's national infrastructure for music, sport, craft and fashion, arts, film and cultural heritage and the new creative industries stops being a framework on paper and becomes a place you can walk through. One site. Five sectors. A nation's soft power, made physical.

Premiering at the Village

The film that walks you into the Blueprint before you walk into the Village.

Before delegates take a single step through the Village, they will sit for the Brand Jamaica documentary, screened as the opening act of the launch. It is the story of why N.F. Orange Economy Advisory exists: to protect, honour and scale Jamaica's creative and cultural industries as a sovereign, global asset, and to build the infrastructure that turns that ambition into something a nation can govern, finance and export.

National growth & ROI

The numbers the Village is built to move.

This is the case the Village makes to investors and government partners in one walk: culture is already a national balance sheet line, and it is under-financed relative to its return.

Social impact & economic financing

Culture as repair, not just revenue.

  • Economic financing, in infrastructure.Every pavilion operationalises the CARICOM 10-Point Plan and the Blueprint's doctoral research, grounding culture as a mechanism of long-term national economic development.
  • Mental health, an economic case too.Mental health disorders cost Jamaica an estimated 4% of GDP annually. Dr Frederick Hickling's Psychohistoriographic Cultural Therapy is the historical precedent for culture as dignity, restored.
  • Built for who inherits it.With 23% of the sector's global workforce under 30, and Gen Z prioritising wellbeing over almost everything else, the Village is designed around the generation, not around a legacy audience.
Regional influence & global market export

Built in Jamaica. Built to travel.

The Orange Economy Village is a Jamaica-first launch with a Caribbean and Commonwealth stage already booked, and a global trademark and trade strategy already in motion.

Regional

The Orange Economy Blueprint was carried onto the regional and continental stage at the Radical Repair Panel in Accra in July 2026, marking its international debut. N.F. Orange Economy Advisory holds a confirmed speaking place at the Commonwealth Business Forum 2026 in Antigua and Barbuda this November, placing the Village's case directly before Commonwealth government and business leaders ahead of the launch.

Global

The Blueprint began as doctoral research at UWI and the University of Glasgow, examining whether infrastructure across five creative sectors could deliver long-term economic development. That research is what makes the model exportable: not a one-off consulting project, but a replicable national framework. Sovereign nations seeking to identify, define and monetise their own creative and cultural industries can engage N.F. Orange Economy Advisory to build it, with Jamaica standing as the proof of concept.
